Donation Center

In The Image is dedicated to helping families of our very own community in a crisis situation. This might be due to homelessness, loss of job, natural disaster, and so many other difficult situations - including COVID-19. Please keep in mind that all items go from your vehicle to the Free Store without being laundered. Donating items that are free of pet hair and odors is helpful in keeping our resources free!

Donation Center Hours:

Monday - Friday: 10am-3pm

Second Saturday: 10am-12pm

Third Thursday: 5pm-8pm

Please note we will be closed on Friday, April 7 in observance of

Good Friday.

We are unable to accommodate furniture pick-ups at this time.

Location

4255 Kalamazoo Ave. SE Grand Rapids, MI 49508

Located at 44th & Kalamazoo in the Towne & Country Plaza.

We are only able to help because of YOU!

We respect the families we serve and try to give them a dignified experience at ITI. To help make their house a home, please think of giving items in good condition, new or gently used. We are

unable to accept items that are broken, ripped, or soiled.

Due to COVID-19, our manpower has decreased; when donating items, please consider separating your items into the main umbrellas below.

Please do not leave donations unattended on our property after donation hours. We appreciate your understanding, cooperation, and of course your gifts!
